Here's a snapshot of the Summit format:
- The Summit will kick off on Monday, April 27th!
- There will be presentations each day followed by live Q&A sessions
- The Summit will then wrap up on Saturday, May 2nd with closing thoughts
The first presentation each day begins at 4:00 pm (CST) and is followed by a live 30 minute Q&A session at 5:00 pm (CST).

Laura Dean, PT, DPT
Laura Dean, PT, DPT is an outpatient physical therapist with an interest in the treatment of vestibular and balance disorders. She provides skilled rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions and a wide range of vestibular diagnoses including post-surgical, vestibular hypofunction, BPPV, concussion, cervicogenic dizziness, migraine associated vertigo, and imbalance. Laura's areas of interest include vestibular rehabilitation, post-concussion rehabilitation, general imbalance/falls risk and headache. Laura earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Chele Frizell, RN
Chele Frizell is a licensed registered nurse. She is also the patient care coordinator, performs vestibular diagnostic testing in collaboration with the audiologist and assists in training interns/residents. Chele is a professional member of the Vestibular Disorders Association and serves as Practice Manager for 360 Balance & Dizziness. Prior to joining the 360 Balance & Hearing team in 2011, Chele gained experience as a nurse in many different areas of medicine, including the emergency department, orthopedic setting, and OB-GYN care. Chele is involved in many aspects of patient experience. She assesses vital signs and medications, conducts patient interviews, performs tests, administers treatments for vertigo, provides patient education, and helps facilitate patient resources.
Bridgett Wallace, PT, DPT, ITPT
Bridgett Wallace, PT, DPT, has a doctorate of physical therapy and holds competency-based certifications in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management. Dr. Wallace has been treating patients with dizziness and balance disorders for more than 20 years and is the founder and President of 360 Balance & Dizziness – a specialty clinic for the evaluation and treatment of dizziness and balance disorders that includes both audiology and therapy services. She is also the co-founder and Director of Clinical Education for 360 Neuro Health Institute, which provides online, mobile and live educational offerings for health care providers. Dr. Wallace is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Vestibular Disorders Association. Dr. Wallace consults and lectures both nationwide and internationally in concussion management and on vestibular disorders. She has provided consulting services to The University of Texas Athletics since 1998 and MLB Umpire Medical Services since 2011. Dr. Wallace co-authored two patents for vestibular disorders and developed an iPhone app, PLAY IT SAFE®, which was designed for sideline-concussion assessment. She has been published in the Eye & Brain Journal and has contributed to chapters in Therapeutic Exercise and Lifespan Neurorehabilitation - both textbooks used in therapy schools. Dr. Wallace was awarded the Health Care Heroes Award by the Austin Business Journal in 2011 and Distinguished Alumni Award by Texas State University Physical Therapy Department in 2013.
Kendal Reddell, PT, DPT, NCS
Kendal Reddell has a doctorate in physical therapy and is an American Physical Therapy Association Board Certified Clinical Neurologic Specialist. She also holds a certificate of competency in the evaluation and treatment of vestibular disorders from Emory University. Kendal is a Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!) and LSVT BIG certified therapist, specializing in treating individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Reddell is a proud graduate of Tarleton State University where she competed in NCAA Women’s Basketball. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 2010, and has worked in a variety of settings specializing in brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, and vestibular disorders. Kendal was raised in Stephenville, TX.
Rudie Spigarelli, PT, DPT, MCT
Rudie Spigarelli has a doctorate in physical therapy and holds a certificate of competency in manual therapy and concussion management. Dr. Spigarelli is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Vestibular Disorders Association. She serves as Director of Physical Therapy for 360 Balance & Dizziness. Prior to joining the 360 Balance & Hearing team in 2015, Dr. Spigarelli gained experience working with orthopedic issues Texas PT Specialists in Austin and her love for vestibular disorders began as a physical therapy student while completing an internship at 360 Balance & Hearing. Dr. Spigarelli is the proud graduate of from Texas Woman’s University in Houston. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Texas State University in San Marcos. She was born and raised in Manor, TX.
Alex Tarabbia, PT, DPT
Alex Tarabbia has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She developed a passion for vestibular therapy when volunteering at a specialty balance clinic in her college years. This passion grew while working with patients with vestibular disorders through graduate level clinical internships, as well as taking advanced coursework in vestibular therapy in graduate school. Prior to joining the 360 Balance & Dizziness team, Dr. Tarabbia worked with patients with a variety of orthopedic injuries and balance and mobility impairments in the outpatient setting. Dr. Tarabbia completed her undergraduate work at Gordon College, in Massachusetts, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX.
Lisa Becker, PTA
Lisa Becker is a licensed physical therapist assistant and is currently working on her certification in personal training/fitness with an emphasis on the geriatric population. She is The Director of Community Outreach programs for 360 Balance & Hearing. Prior to joining the 360 Dizziness & Balance team in 2014, Lisa had experience working at inpatient rehabilitation clinics and treating chronic pain syndromes. Prior to becoming a therapist, Lisa was a technical writer and editor. Lisa is the proud graduate of Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
